Default RE: Engine Problems

DB,

I have a feeling you are correct. I don't think it is worth it to buy new carb though. This engine is in rough shape. I had to JB weld the exhuast to the crank case because one of the bolt holes is busted. The high speed needle is rippied off and I really need a new needles with the bar that bolts it to the back of the engine. I have already spend probably 20 bucks on seals and misc parts. I think it may be more economical and probably keep my sanity to just order a new engine.

The bubbles I am speaking of isn't continuous. Its a bubble every now and then. Is this a problem? I am thinking of hooking it up to the tank I had on my trainer outside the plane. This woudl tell me if it is the tank or not without going through all the trouble of removing the tank.

As far as EVO goes in general, I have no complaints. It ran great from the time I bought it till the time I crashed it. Its not their fault I can't fly, lol.

Thanks guys,

Wings
