This is the version my buddy and I want to build. It is an upgraded EC-130 that jams the TV and radio signals of the area they are over and rebroadcasts the USA version. It is called psychological warfare and seems to be working. They currently fly a lot of missions over Iraq and Afghanistan. I believe the version is the C-130J, but I might be wrong, if I call my buddy, he would know. They are at a base nearby and we can get a load of pictures.

Notice the external antennas, the blade antennas, pontoon style antennas and the big X on the tail.
