I have the same problem with BME.
I ordered 2pcs 110 xtreme´s in March 2003, the plane for the first one is ready since June 2003.
I hoped to be the leader of the pack here in Germany with this engine but...
After the first contacts in March and one reply in June i never got an answer to my emails, faxes or phone calls.

My decision to order was made because I heard that Keith had good Service, not only good engines.
(I cant get this "had" out of my mind...)
