Please don't use the Z bend.The Aile will get loose in about 30 flights. I used a ball link on the servo arm and soldered a steel clevis on the control horn end. I have seen some control horns at the LHS with a ball link built in. I may try those in the next project. By the way...Are you using the longer servo arms on the servos? I had to in order to get the required throw.
