There is one piece of info I left out.

The engine will usually rev up really good one time, sounds great, then all the sudden it dies down, and if you don't close the throttle it will die. Then it will not rev up again untill you kill it and restart it, UNLESS I put my finger over the exhuast untill it almost dies, the when I let off it is fine again. Anyone every experience this?
