Default Bet you can't answer this ????

I'm stumped ! I've been building & flying RC planes for . . . well let's just say that when I started the Dead Sea was only sick. Put about 30 flights on a new Aero-Works Edge 540 with a YS 1.20 four stroke on it. Plane flew pretty good, but needed a lot of right aileron trim. Also needed 8 oz. lead on the tail to balance properly at recommended cg. Plane tended to porpoise when I cut throttle for landing(had 3deg. Downthrust). In fact I had to ride down elevator to land.
After a recent surgical procedure, I had some time on my hands so I striped everything out of the plane, moved servos to the tail and got rid of all 8oz. of lead. Also went back and carefully checked wing incidence and thrust line. I am now confident that wing-engine-stab are all on same line (0 deg.). Also confident that all surfaces carefully zeroed with trim tabs centered. Went back to flying field. Still needs 4 clicks of right aileron. Plane balances along longitudinal axis on bench. Also plane "feels" nose heavy in flight and requires 3 clicks up trim, but when I move cg back even 1/4", the plane gets squirelly and wants to snap.

My thoughts -- The fact that the wing, stab, & thrust line are all at zero, and the plane still needs 3 clicks(1/8") of up trim would normally indicate a nose heavy condition. In addition, plane requires a fair amount of down input to maintain level when inverted. Again an indication of nose heavy. That's why I'm stumped, this is weird.

Give me some ideas.
Thanks
