Reversing help

Hi, I'm planning to buy a y harness, and I was wondering if you need a servo reverser attached to one of the ends of the y harness to work the ailerons. So if I push left aileron control, one of the servos will push up and the other push down. I have included a picture to show you what I'm talking about.(fullsize it to see it) Thanks for helping me guys!
