I don't think your answer can be answered exactly. I've flown packs that had been sitting for a month, but performance is pretty dismal. Nicad and nimh both loose a bit of voltage as they sit. There is a noticeable performance difference between a pack that's been sitting for a few days, and a pack that's hot off the charger.
