I had the same exacty problem with my heli. It worried me as well until i realized what had happened. If you look right under the swashplate like randi said you will see a rubber tube, some say it is yellow but mine is a very light transparent blue. All you have to do is push that tube back down onto the bottom bearing and your problem will be fixed. To do this you may have to disconnect the swashplate from the servos and the rotor head so that you can slide the swashplate up a little. I had to do this because i couldn't get a decent grip on the tube to pull it back down. When you push the tube back down makesure to push the main gear on the bottom of the heli all the way back up so that it has a good connection with the gear on the motor. I hope this helps.
