Servo directions seem to be correct.

I discovered something though: The upper part of the swash plate, wash-out and radius block can be turned relative to the rotor blades. According to the manual, these parts were 40 degrees off anti-clockwise (I think). I lined them up and tightened the radius block. Does this mean that the rotor was 40 deg ahead of the controls? That would explain why the nose dropped when I applied left cyclic. The heli would tilt towards 10:30.

Unfortunately it's colder today. -12C. If it sneaks above 7, I'll give it a try and see how things work.

Do you think the problem is solved?
