I am a reasonably skilled aircraft builder (HA! that could mean anything)

I came accross a nice online article on how to build good Leading and trailing edges on the Model Airplane News How to's...... The article is by Gerry Yarrish and can be found at

While the article tells us how to build make LE's and TE's, it stops short of how to cut out the ailerons from the finished TE.

Could some experienced modeller please give me the correct method - better still with a few photos or guide me to a website that shows how it is to be done.
