Dear John
Thanks so much for that prompt reply and the pains taken by you to be so explicit - really appreciate your time and patience
The instructions are very lucid and I dont think I'll have problems in trying out the scheme explained by you.
Incidentally I have made built up ailerons on an earlier model of mine and while I must say it turned out OK (in the end after I ruined one), it wasn't something I enjoyed doing. I basically cut two 1/16" X 1 1/2" strips of balsa and glued one on top of the other in the form of a wing TE. In between these balsa strips I installed "VEE" shaped pieces of balsa that simulated the ribs. These "VEE" shaped pieces were cut out using the trailing end of the rib templates. After that I glued a LE to the aileron - You can surely visualize what a messy affair it must have been. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone because the "VEE" shaped pices are very difficult to match and handle.
The method you have described should make the process much simpler and I'll use it in my next project.
Many thanks once again
