Build it with the intention of cutting the part free works so much better!
Getting independently constructed surfaces to match is nearly impossible, for me.
The Morris Top Cap and others like it say to build the wings in two pieces and then join them.
Never have been able to do that.
I build the wing in one piece, which also results in a stronger centersection.
