could it be that your piccoboard is fixed the wrong way? i mean it shoud be fixed vertically. i have an aerohawk and it got that same problem before i found out that the board is fixed the wrong way. you should check for piccolo pics on the net. but then the aerohawk and the piccolo are the same bird actually..
