In short,

90 oz on each aileron
90 oz on each elevator half
120 oz on rudder

These would be my minimums if I were foring to use that engine.....That engine will provide the power you are looking for, but keep in mind that it will also increase the wing loading so the plane will feel heavier (fly like a brick) in some manuevers
