Default Est. rpm using load figures? Is there a formula?

Can you est. what a prop's rpm will be based on load figures? What I mean is, say I have a 10X4 APC prop @ 16.5K. Somewhere I found dia^3*pitch (maybe this isn't even accurate?). I want to know a ballpark rpm for a 10X6 APC.
10X4 load = 40000
11X4 load = 60000
Is there a formula to get, even a rough idea about how fast that prop will spin, based on the data from the 10X4?
If I'm wrong about the load formula, please correct me.
Thanks,
