I don't know why GP will not laser cut their kits. Must have too much invested in Die cutting equipment. The Ultra Sport is die cut, however it is a quality die cut.

My suggestion is a Sig Hog Bipe. I'm building it this winter also. It is laser cut, but the real reason I'm building it is the great reviews it's gotten for a first bipe! http://www.fubarhill.com/
