Bill could have hit on your problem. This is not stated in the owner information for Saito however a factory rep from Horizon told some of us that all Saitos need the valves adjusted after approximately 1 hr of use. I have 3 and this has needed to be done on all three. After this initial adjustment the valves will not need to be adjusted for a very long time.
