Well... if that rudder servo is set for centered rudder... you have a serious problem. Same with the elevator (but QUITE not as bad)

The servo arms need to be perpendicular to the pushrod when the control surface is centered. to be offest 45 deg (like that rudder servo) would mean you get GREAT response one direction and essentially no response the other direction.

I hope the ailerons are set up evenly... if they aren't then I give the plane 1 flight to live.
