Hi Joe,

In a nutshell, it was a combination of keeping the extension leads as short as possible and twisting the leads so that any interference on the wire was cancelled out. I almost had to stand on my head and whistled "God save the Queen" through my ... to get it to work!!!

I would also go so far as to say that you may want to look at Hi-tec rather than JR servos. I am almost sure (but I have yet to prove it) that the problem would completely go away with the Hi-tecs.
