When tracking the blades put a piece of electrilcal tape on one blade and run the helicopter up to hovering you will be able to see the rotorblade that is higher this way. You need to track the heli at hover RPM. Once dialed in you will probably get rid of all of the excessive vibration and have much better control. Also check the gear mesh at the Spur Gear and the TR Pinion gear if either is too tight you will get vibration from this as well. Use the trick discussed in the manual with newspaper it works very good.
