Hi Marcus, that is sad. Sad for the pilot as well as loss of the aircraft. The aircraft I started twenty some years ago framed up and hanging on the ceiling in my shop is a Citabria. I don't even know what kit it was...I'll have to look it up.
Have you seen the Decath Pilot kit anywhere lately?
You have some great accesses there. I live too far from any private aircraft fields. I have B1's, B2's, B52's and all the rest of the US Air Force and Navy aircraft flying over the house all day long....but no small ones. I have access to a few at a small field on the other side of town. I wish it were a little closer.
