Mine was hard to idle down at first(saito.91) but it started slowly coming around. now i can get it down low enough to stand still. it will just take time. right after i got mine just the way i wanted it the bearings went out. sent it back to horizon, got it back and had to start all over. Make sure and store that plane inverted so the oil stays in the crank case. the factory said that my crankcase was bone dry, and i run my engine super rich.

i've had this plane since oct. and this is the first problem other than the landing gear. i wasn't at home when it happened and there was not a hobby shop anywhere around. i put block brace all the way around the stab and it held up pretty good. i think i'm going to add some support wires back there too. i've heard the weedeater line works good?
