The guy i boght the engine from cannot find the receipt and horizon will not warranty it with out it. I have started from new several times to get this thing to run right, it seems to run fine just not enough RPM's. I have been in this hobby for almost 10 years but have never fooled with a 4-stroke. I am a AMT/MAchinist for Delta Air Lines so i have been working on engines for several years. I also have built a 91" mustang with an Incon Twin turbo system that produced 507rwhp. I took the lower end apart and it looked like the timing was off just a bit, it was hard to tell. When i pulled teh lower half up the dot was off center about 2 teeth it looked like. I have since re-assembled and re-timed on the money. Will run tonight and report back..
