I don't own a ST-15 but even if he has the engine properly tuned, it seems hard to believe he gets exacly 15 minutes on a 75cc tank with a .15.....It is possible to get 15 minutes but i doubt he has his engine running that good (or lean). I would say its more around 11 to 13 minutes.
