Thanks for the info KLRico and Choppa123. I do have the blades tracked, but i will check on the gear mesh on both gears.
I have a couple of questions for Choppa123.
I am very impressed with the carbon fiber crutch, but it seems as if the crutch flexes a little so that the tail boom wiggles, is this normal? Second, if you can help me with this or anyone else, I am using the Astro 020 with a phoenix 45 controller and 8 matched 3300 Sanyo cells. Every once in a while it looses power for a split second causing loss of altitude, about 2 feet during a hover, and then power comes right back. I don't know what the problem or problems are. Any suggestions?
