I have some HS-55's in my sons SS. Castle Creations 20A ESC. Fly it on, I believe they are 4/5 AAA bateries. Light as a feather with app. 5-7 min flights. Just right for a 8 year old. I have been wondering how long a set of LiPo 2s2p 2400 would keep it up however.
