I would recommend buying new also. I have traded twice for used vehicles ( 1 really good condition....1 piece of crap). You know it will be right when you get it, and if not the manufacturer should replace it.
For less than $100 more you could get a new vehicle. (if you are looking for speed on a budget, this one has it)
