Whats up Guys. I thought I would show you my ski I made there pretty cool[8D] I made the front ski out of 3/32 ply my front ski is about 12" long and the back two are around 14" long The back two are made from 3/32 bass wood I took a glass and rounded the edges and cut about halfway through the wood with a razor knife every 1/4 " I made 4 cuts ( just the front ) when you cut half way through it allows you to bend them up without breaking it then I took regular car bondo (easy sand lite) and filled it in real smooth then sanded and painted
