RE: H9 cap 232 with DA100 balance help
On some of my planes when needed, I would tape the battery securely to a 1/4" square hardwood stick (however long you need it) and shove it way into the back of the fuse. I stick the battery under the stab or above the stab into some hole where it will be a tight fit and not bounce around. Then all I do is secure the front of the stick to keep the battery from coming forward and walla....... the battery is way aft without making an access hatch.
I'm sorry that you came out nose heavy, but I'm also glad to hear it because I'm getting ready to assemble one with a BME 110 engine. Now I know my balance should work out good.
