Hey Josh. I have plans available for my Pintail Q500 (my avatar is a picture of one) on my webpage. They are free to download. This is a AMA 424 or 428 legal design. You can get the foam cores cut by a cutter, or I believe Matney models has them.
If you are up for a challenge, I have redesigned this airplane as a high winger, but have not put it on my webpage yet.
My plans are easily built by someone who has built other planes, but I would not suggest them if you are a new builder.

If you are a new builder, try one of the kits that are out there. There are plenty of them listed on PylonWorld, and the prices can be pretty reasonable.
