Default RE: C-130 Setup: Seeking advice

rdavit,
I too will be building the JHH 130 and though I've never built anything this big before I do believe that special consideration must be taken to back-up the control system. What I'm leaning to is one receiver with two batteries. One to power the receiver and one to power the servos. With higher torque servos and servos for each flying surface, power ditribution will be critical. I don't want the servos pulling power from the receiver buss lines. So I plan on installing a seperate unit to isolate the batteries if they make one or make one myself. I also will be installing noise traps that I custom made awhile ago using an inverter chip with 100% reliability to this date.I beleive the literature for the 130 stated 2 heavy duty sevos for the elevator. Apparantely they are split with their own servo. I do have your pics saved on my computer and they are awesome. I can hardly wait for mine to come in.
