If they aren't too deep, go to an aircraft supply house or FBO. Aero Shell packages a plastic polish (for aircraft plexiglass) that puts an unreal shine on canopies. Deeper scratches can be buffed out (carefully!) with finer and finer compounds and finish with the polish.
