I Concur....I'm using ferrite torroids on the lines to break any potential interference. Had a mishap last year and lost signal on a p-38 coming in on final (possible fail safe kick in....still not sure....taking no chances with this one). I have found an Autopilot from MPI (Max Products Inc.) that will fly the plane in a circle at level Alt if fail safe kicks in....contemplating. Happy to hear you went with JHH.....the work you see on the pictures is being done by Dave Gaer....very reasonable on labor...I supply the parts and he supplies the time/know how (he's a retired guy who loves to build..... 8 hours a day). Any technical questions, I'll forward his phone #. Due note....the plans are VERY basic....no instructions. Dave is building in 4 fowler flaps (with the Robart fowler hinges), lights (strobes and navigation).....will post more pics as develops (finishing up right wing this week....about 70% done with plane).
