I guess maybe I am not intelligent!!! LOL...
I am actually picking up more of a communication issue here then I am getting arrogance from IT-Flyer.
Let see if I can help....
IT-Flyer... Americans really like "Please" and "Thankyou". These are often used expressions when someone shares something with you. (I bet this is true in Italy as well LOL) When you ask advice, get an answer, even if you disagree, asserting that the answer is wrong (Even if it is) is not always considered proper behavior.
If IT-Flyer was instead ARGENTINIAN-FLYER, I would pass it all off as rudeness and arrogancy LOL... (I am kidding!!! I work with 3 guys from Argentinia!! LOL)
