Thanks for the reply. Since this is my first gasser, I wanted to make sure the motor was OK but I'm hoping it'll be what I thought it would be. Bigger displacement, less cost. I was going to get the GMS .61 Ringed motor for $99 at Tower hobbies but their Bill Me Later has a limit. I ordered over $300 and it declined. So I only bought the plane with a few accessories and went out to the LHS and bought me the motor. I just need a starter, ignitor, and fueler.

is this your first plane ever or just your first glow plane? i wouldn't exactly recommend it as your first plane, it is very unforgiving and has no self righting capability what so ever... not to mention it reacts VERY quickly to control inputs. although, it isn't too much to rekit it...
