The prop pitch was too much for the plane, but I wast flying straight and level full boar. I was actuly falling out of a hammerhead with the motor at idol. When I leveled it out, the weak balsa gave away and the stab began to flutter. I was flying slow at the time, so it wasnt due to speed.
