Sorry for the confusion. You just make one wing and rout it out like the main spar only do it on the edge of the foam between the top and bottom surfaces. Here is a picture of how I did it as it is being epoxied. I used wax paper between the tape and the epoxy and carbon. The wing comes out very stiff like this. I was just out in the yard flying it.
