RE: How many planes
Im 20, been flyin for 3 years. Between me and my dad we have had about 20 planes (he dont fly much though). Here they are:
1 Great Planes 60 size trainer with os 70 FS (died after a month but I landed it my second day out and soloed my third)
1 Shoestring racer with Saito 100
3 Hangar 9 1/4 scale Caps with Saito 180's(all RIP, I have bad luck with those)
1 Hangar 9 edge same engine as above(2 years and over 200 flights, sold it)
1 Sig Sukhoi with OS 300 twin and a 325 5 cyl for a little while
1 Goldberg cub clipped wing with OS 70 FS (not pretty but it flys good)
1 Goldberg Ultimate ARF with Super Tigre 90 two stroke (lost on maiden in a 50 mph downdraft)
1 Scratch built HOTS with enya 120R (sweet airplane)
1 Zagi (the only electric)
1 Thunder Tiger Lazy Cub with OS Wankle ROTARY engine (first plane to do an inverted touch and go but crashed it to a dead battery
1 BVM Agressor with 90 ducted fan (fastest plane ive seen, even faster than the turbines that i have seen)
1 TR 260 with G-38 (flies like a brick)
1 Hobbico RTF trainer (sold)
1 Sig Kadet SR ARF with OS 70 FS (wing Failure)
1 Thunder Tiger Tiger Stick with os 48 FS (way underpowered but kinda fun)
1 Scorpion combat plane with enya 35 (very fast and agile)
1 Phoenix Models FUNSTAR 40 with os 52 FS (first funfly, suprising power from the 52, lost in a midair while i was torque rolling)
1 Hangar 9 Funtana with SAITO 100 (best waterfalls ive seen anywhere, can do 5 in about 5' drop, amazing)
1 Hangar 9 Sukhoi with a Saito 425 radial at first but now with a GT-80 (my current favorite, although i would like a BME 110 Xtreme)
Building Morris Hobbies Sledge 540 with OS 70 FS (all i lack is covering)
In the box: Great Planes Spacewalker 1/4, Futaba Aerobat 1.20 size, GWS A-10 electric.
I think that is all but if i think of some more ill post them.
