If you really think you'll get 30K rpm don't use any normal prop, even the sport APCs won't hold up, post the same question to the Pylon guys, they have more experience with the carbon fiber speed props...

I fly a North Star flying boat and I do high speed taxi runs(probably doing 50mph or so) and it's super cool, but 122mph???? man that's going to be something to see!!!!
