I just mounted an OS 50 SX engine on the stock motor mount that comes with the ARF. I made a mistake and the left part of the motor mount is about 1/16 to 1/8 of an inch forward of the right part creating some left thrust. I have a large washer that will fill the gap and make it flush. Is there any problem with doing it like this? How about using 2 or 3 smaller washers instead of a larger one? By using smaller washers or by getting larger washers I can put in some right thrust.
