Tomi,
I only fly APC for the simple fact that I like them. Wood does not like anything short of perfection and I am certainly not that. Your best bet for props of any shape, size and pitch is the internet. Apcprop.com gas anything you can need and a lot that you wont!
I flew mine today in winds of about 15 mph gusting to 20 and the UCD loved it. Landing was a little tough because it floats for days. The others are right, this thing floats for days! You really could go get a coke and come back a few minutes later! Mine flies great with this prop and I highly recommend it. If you can't find the exact one, get one close and that will be a great place to start. I would, however, guard against flying wood props. They are nice but have little idiocyncracies that you will most often find out the hard way.
Good luck.
