I'd like to add to the above information, that adding reflexed ailerons ( a small amount of up) and lots of power seem to help. And this only applies to an inverted flat spin. For some reason it will climb easier inverted then it will when it's right side up.
But then again this only the experience I have with my airplane and the variables are many.
