A failsafe is like insurence for RC's.If your betteries go dead or get low on juice the Failsafe will hit the brakes as aposed to the truck going full throttle into the first imoveable object.I don't think RC's have any type of warrentie.If something breaks and it's a manufacturer error they will replace it but you have to call them and tell them your story.They won't replaced parts if you went WOT into a tree because your batteries died or you weren't paying atention to the truck.Most companies are pretty good about replaceing parts that have flaws in them or things that were broken due to radio malfunctions(not dead batts).
