I put some ski's on mine and flew it in the snow yesterday, ski's worked great, plane takes off in just a few feet with the MDS 48 and a graupner 11 x 6 prop. Taxi's ok on the ground also, my third tank seems to be holding fuel better than the first two. Soooo don't wait for the snow to melt, but some ski's on your plane. I also bought a cheap plastic toboggan to lug my field box out to our field as its a bit of a hike in the winter. good flyin to ya Butch in Niagara Falls[8D]
