Default AV8R Help

I am flying a AV8R and when any flaps are added the plane pitches up wildly (yes I have some down mixed in) just want to know how normal is this? Seams like on straight and level and slow when the first notch of flaps are added plane instantly pitches up 45-60 deg, when second notch is add it again pitches up still more. I have not hit full down yet but I am very close

I have the servo's slowed way down on the flaps (using Futaba 9Z) to try to make the pitching up less pronounced I tried before and after and could not tell much difference.

On my TX I have flaps on a 3 position sw and am not able to get it to mix in down on the first notch, but on the second it will, any one have any ideas around this?? I would really like to have take off and landing settings instead of just one for landing.
