Default RE: Mini-Z vs. Mini-T

If "you" want to pay for it, I'll give it a shot especially since I'd love to have another Mini-T at someone else's expense. While you are paying for it, we can try and break the speed record too. However for starters, perhaps the following threads and links will bring back some memories and some interest for those who don't search the forms. As you can see from the links I posted, I don't doubt that a Mini-Z can go faster, it just seems that Mini-T could go even faster since there is more room to work with, i.e. motors and batteries. It also seems like the Mini-X could even go faster than the Mini-Z or at least the same for a cheaper overall cost. And if your thinking I'm bias towards the Mini-T I'm not, especially since I own 5 Mini-Z's and only one Mini-T, which I know is faster than my Mini-Z's unless it is based on the longest running time.

I have looked at a lot of forums and the people say that the mini-z's can go faster. I also e-mailed a store and the guy said that one of his friends got his mini-z to go 56 MPH (they checked it on a speed gun)! Do you really think you can get a Mini-T to go faster than that?[8D]
