Its going to stack on the same shaft as the center gear.

You are goingto have to test which gear really goes where... and which way is up on the different gears. The only 2 that I can assume are in correct position at ths time are the ones attached to the handle and the one that is on the pump itself. the one that is on the middle shaft is on incorrectly.
