I just called ModelTech myself and talked to Mike. Nice enough guy to deal with but didn't have any sort of answer for us. He transferred me to Customer Service, but they could not help me either. Customer Service transferred me to the Project Manager who was not in the office and I left a message with him along with my number. The Project Manager's name was Mike too... I wonder if he is the same guy I first spoke to?

Anyway, hopefully he will call me back.
