I have heard a good bit of concern about the landing gear block. Guys, it's hard to imagine setting this airplane down with a hard landing. On final it's very responsive to the elevators, which will hold the nose up and allow the plane to land much slower than a trainer. It floats down almost in a harrier to the ground. Conversely if you are using a grass field I could see a potential problem. Remind me that I said this when I bust the gear out.
Roger, You got that right. You can run this bird the length of the runway just on its tail wheel. It floats like two feathers taped together. Joe
